Joseph grew up in Lebanon, Missouri and attended Southwest Missouri State University before relocating here in 1992. He obtained his mortgage brokers license in 1994 and established Gulf Coast Mortgages of SW Florida in 1996. He became an FHA lender in 2002 and a VA lender in 2003. In 1999 he obtained his Florida real estate license and became a broker in 2014. He is the broker of the Meadows Real Estate Services, Inc. office.
Joseph is also a licensed Community Association Manager and established Sarasota Property Management, Inc. in 2009. He has extensive knowledge in all facets of the real estate, mortgage, title insurance and property management industries and is a most valuable asset to the Meadows Real Estate Services, Inc.
